William J. Trozzo
Attorney William J. Trozzo is the senior partner of
our firm. Mr. Trozzo earned his Bachelor’s Degree from the University
of Maryland Baltimore County and his law degree from the University of
Maryland School of Law. He has been practicing law in the Cumberland
area for nearly 30 years, and devotes most of his practice to residential
and commercial real estate transactions. Mr. Trozzo is a licensed agent
for Chicago Title Insurance Company. He serves as the attorney for the
Board of Directors of the Historic Highlands Board of REALTORS®.

Terri Ann Lowery
Attorney Terri Ann Lowery concentrates in consumer
bankruptcy and estate law. A former staff attorney of the United States
Trustees Office of the Department of Justice, she brings to the firm
knowledge and experience unparalled in this area. She earned a Bachelor’s
Degree in Business Administration from West Virginia University and her
law degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. Ms. Lowery
is admitted to
the practice of law in Maryland and West
Virginia, as well as all federal courts.

Raymond Weston
Attorney Raymond
F. Weston is the firm’s primary litigator,
handling both civil and criminal trials with equal adeptness. A graduate
of Frostburg State University, Mr. Weston earned his law degree from
the University of Maryland School of Law. Over the past fifteen years
he has proven himself a fair and firm litigator.

Law. She is admitted to the practice of law in Maryland, West Virginia
and Pennsylvania. She is licensed in Pennsylvania as an agent for Chicago
Title Insurance Company.
